1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing the nexwz.store website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the site and our services.

2. Our Services

nexwz.store provides digital marketing services including, but not limited to, search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click advertising (PPC), social media marketing, content marketing, email marketing, branding and web design & development.

The scope, deliverables and timelines for specific engagements are defined in a separate service agreement or proposal accepted by both parties.

3. Quotes & Payments

All quotes are valid for 15 days from the date of issue. Payments are due as per the schedule agreed in the proposal. Services may be paused if an invoice remains unpaid beyond the due date.

4. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and up-to-date business information.
• Grant access to accounts and platforms required to deliver services.
• Respond to our queries and provide approvals in a timely manner.
• Ensure they have the rights to all content and assets they provide.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, deliverables created for a client (such as designs, websites and content) become the client's property. nexwz.store retains the right to showcase anonymized results in its portfolio unless agreed otherwise.

6. No Guarantee of Specific Results

Search rankings, ad performance and social growth depend on factors outside our control, including search engine algorithms and market conditions. While we work toward agreed goals, we cannot guarantee specific rankings, traffic or revenue.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, nexwz.store's total liability for any claim arising out of our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement with 30 days' written notice. Any fees for work completed up to the termination date remain payable.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The latest version will always be published on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
